This policy explains how we collect and process personal data when you visit this website or contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR").

2. What data we process and why
a) Contact / quotation requests
When you submit the contact form, we collect the data you provide: name, company, country, email address and your message. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the requested wholesale information or quotation.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter only as required by applicable commercial and tax law.
b) Server log data
When you access the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referrer and time of access. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation of the website).
3. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use only strictly necessary browser storage — for example, to remember your cookie choice. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
4. Fonts
All fonts are self-hosted on our own hosting. No font files are loaded from Google Fonts or other third parties, so no data (including your IP address) is transmitted to a font provider when you view this site.
5. Service providers (processors)
We use the following providers who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

Contact-form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Google may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). 6. International data transfers
Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA, we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards such as an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data (Art. 15);
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
- erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17);
- restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- data portability (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP): www.cpdp.bg. You may also contact the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
